We are looking for an Operations Manager who will play a key role in building the day-to-day operations and processes that are critical to the Company’s success.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Operations and HR at our headquarters in SF and report directly to the EVP of Product, Technology, and Finance.
  • Be the POC for customer and vendor contracts (track deliverables, invoicing terms, etc.)
  • Manage building facilities and day-to-day operations including vendor relations, repair and maintenance.
  • Work with Finance leadership on office space management and leases.
  • Work with Ops team to manage and support office supplies, company events/functions, catering for events, and organize holiday parties and other special events.
  • Work with HR Manager to expand and improve overall HR programs:
    • Reviews, Compensation, Manager Training Development
    • Onboarding: new hire data audit, benefit orientation
    • HR Systems: improve employee processes from onboarding to off-boarding through scalable solutions.
    • Develop Career Paths for employees
    • Develop culture and values into the workplace
  • Manage IT duties of:
    • Asset Management tracking
    • Purchasing Hardware for new hires
    • Replacing / Upgrading older equipments
    • New user account set-up and decommissioning
    • Managing in-office networks and WIFI
    • Manage MS Office, Slack, Google Drive, etc.
 Basic Qualifications:
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple Mac environment.
  • Experience working cross functionality across multiple teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to identify issues and create a clear plan to resolution
  • Great attention to detail
  • 3+ years experience of managing a team
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate at various levels within the organization
  • Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information (including HR matter)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with legal agreements, contracts, and employment law.
  • Be proficient in IT Service Management and Infrastructures
  • Six Sigma or Process Flow Improvement experience
